Offering half price new, never owned 2010 Hyosung ST7 cruiser-style motorcycle, manufactured by the competitive South Korean manufacturer. The large, sculpted fenders; classic-style wheels; tank-mounted gauges; and shotgun exhaust all contribute to the traditional good looks of the Hyosung ST7. At 27 inches the seat height of the Hyosung ST7 is relatively low, making it quite easy for newer riders to mount. Anyone over five feet tall should be able to reach the pegs of the bike with relative ease. The nearly upright riding position and wide, comfortable seat of the Hyosung ST7 make it suitable for longer rides, which is important when it comes to cruiser-style bikes. The 2010 Hyosung ST7 offers nimble handling, smooth steering dynamics, and, at 538 pounds (wet weight), it is lighter than many other motorcycles in the cruiser category. Also features excellent ground clearance, which makes it less likely that riders will scrape the foot pegs on the ground when gliding through sharp turns. The beefy Shinko tires on this bike provide excellent grip, keeping the ride predictable on both turns and straightaways.
The Hyosung ST7’s powertrain features an eight-valve, dual overhead cam, V-Twin, with 678 cubic centimeters of displacement, as well as electronic fuel injection. The motor of the ST7 puts out plenty of power to keep up with traffic, even at highway speeds. Shifting is handled by a five-speed transmission on this model, and a belt drive delivers the power to the rear wheel of the ST7. While a sixth gear would have been handy for riders during long stretches of highway driving, the equipped five-speed feels snappy and reliable.
The braking system of the 2010 Hyosung ST7 features a four-caliper, 300mm front disc brake and a two-caliper, 270mm rear disc brake. This brake configuration furnishes a bike of this weight.
