By accessing or using the A-1 Fun Cycles website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

2. Products and Pricing<\/h3>\n

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Sales tax will be applied as required by Tennessee law. Product availability and prices are subject to change.<\/p>\n

3. Payment<\/h3>\n

We accept major credit cards, Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay. Financing options available.<\/p>\n

4. Pickup and Delivery<\/h3>\n

All orders are for local pickup only<\/strong> at our Mt. Juliet, TN location. Valid ID required at pickup. Delivery may be arranged for an additional fee.<\/p>\n

5. Returns and Refunds<\/h3>\n

All sales are final on powersports vehicles. Parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.<\/p>\n
